Payment
We accept payments by PayPal or bank transfer to a European bank account, using IBAN and BIC numbers free of charge for certain EU countries (only for customers from the EU).
For international orders payments can be made by PayPal or bank transfer to our Hong Kong bank account. All applicable transfer/banking fees must be covered by the customer.

Payment of the total amount must be made in advance. The items remain our property until full payment is received.

Shipping

We provide free shipping for all products by registred airmail.

We ship directly from Hong Kong by registered airmail which is not insured. Therefore we are not responsible for any damage or loss. Registered airmail needs usually 2 weeks for most countries to arrive. There may be longer shipping times to certain countries. There also may be a delay due to customs controls or public holidays.
We will ship your items within 2 business days after full payment is received.

Insured EMS Speedpost shipping

If you wish insured express airmail we give you the option to upgrade your order. To do so please write a short note in the comment field with your order. We must charge for insured express airmail and will e-mail you the updated total amount for your order within 1 business day after you make your order.
The costs for EMS Speedpost are as follows: USD 25.00 for the first item plus USD 3.00 for each additional item.

Insured express airmail usually takes 4 to 6 business days for delivery. However customs controls and public holidays may delay the delivery.

EMS Speedpost is insured to damage and loss up to USD 100. If you wish you may buy a higher insurance. The insurance rate is 5% on the amount exceeding USD 100. Example: You buy items for USD 150 and want a full insurance. The amount exceeding the insured value is USD 50, therefore 5% insurance rate would be USD 2.50. Please notify us after your order if you wish to add a higher insurance for your ordered items.

Returns & Warranty

We will accept returns if an item is defective and only if the defect is not result of a shipping damage or vandalisation. We must be notified within 3 days after you receive your item or we cannot accept any returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items will not be accepted without our approval. We are not responsible for any items which sent back without our approval. If the customer wants to return an item for any other reason than defect we will charge the actual shipping costs and a fee of 10% on the total order amount. We will refund the amount of the item minus the shipping costs and the 10% fee. We will accept such returns only if the item is complete and in new unused condition. Don't send back any items without applying for a return first. The customer must send back the item in its original condition with item box, manual etc.

We provide a warranty of 6 months on new items. There is no warranty on any disc media. In any case of a defect within the warranty time we will repair items free of charge or exchange it to a new one. The customer is responsible for shippinf fees sending back the defect item to us. We will pay the shipping fees for the return post of the repaired/new item.

There is no warranty for damages which occur through unreasonable usage / treatment. Resulting damage of firmware updates are not covered by our warranty.

Privacy Policy

We keep your personal data confidential at all times and don't give it to any third parties.
The customer is fully responsible for his customer account. Therefore he shall not give his account login information to other persons.

Final terms

All technical data and items descriptions are given by the manufacturers. We are not liable for any incorrect data. Product pictures are for reference only, actual items may vary in colour/outlook. We are in no way related with www.usbextreme.com or any other manufacturer of the offered products.

The offered items in this shop are only intended for private use. We don't encourage any misuse. Please respect the laws of your country. Make sure if you're allowed to use these items in your country before you order. We are not liable for any problems with customs, banning of your ordered items or custom taxes. The customer must pay all applicable customs taxes and import duties himself. We will not accept any items which are sent back without our approval.

We are not responsible for any incompatibility for your ordered item. Please make sure you order the right software/item for your console. We will not refund if your ordered item doesn't work with your console because of incompatibility. With your order you agree to this terms and confirm that you are of full age. We reserve the right to change this terms without further notification at any time. Only our terms are valid. Place of jurisdiction is Hong Kong S.A.R. (China).
